Custodian of the surveying archives of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and Passy dating back to 1945, ARPENTAGE provides its clients with advice, expertise and technical know-how in land and property matters, real estate, topography and development projects.

Based in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, ARPENTAGE is a land surveying practice with deep roots in the Pays du Mont-Blanc. Founded in 1996 by Serge Princic and Stéphane Carde, the practice is now custodian of the surveying archives of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains and Passy, whose records date back to 1945.
This continuity gives the team in-depth knowledge of the local area, its land and property history, its residents and local authorities. This experience is particularly valuable in a mountain environment, where projects must take into account challenging topography, strong property pressure linked to tourism, environmental sensitivity, specific planning regulations and marked seasonal constraints.
